Victor Küppers has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Humanities. His professional career includes his time at IESE Business School, his vice-presidency at BarnaConsultingGroup and the creation of his company, Küppers & Co., where he has developed a suite of training projects and has given conferences for some of the most important companies in the world. His clients include Nestlé, Volkswagen-Audi, Gas Natural Fenosa, La Caixa, Eroski, BBVA, ESADE, Procter & Gamble, Catalana Occidente or Henkel, among many others.
As for his career as an educator, Victor Küppers teaches Business Management and Emotional Intelligence at the International University of Catalonia and the University of Barcelona. He has also collaborated with the University of Navarra and the Pompeu Fabra University.
