Carlos Piera Serra is the Founder, CEO, and Global Happiness Navigator for Delivering Happiness Spain. He joined the movement as a VHP (Very Happy Person) with a deep passion for company culture and happiness at work. Today he is a core coach, speaker, and community leader in Europe. He is proud to have discovered that creating happiness is his higher purpose, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to share that passion through his life's work.

Carlos Piera has been following the happiness journey since he was very young. At the age of 23, he sailed across the Atlantic, backpacked around Asia, and worked in India for a year at an HR consulting firm.

Recently, Carlos Piera has worked as a Sales Consultant Innovator at Grupo CMR, one of the first HR Consulting firms in Spain. He has developed and implemented several customer service, sales, and leadership development projects, and been responsible for generating revenue and growth.

Carlos Piera  began collaborating with Delivering Happiness as a follower of the movement and has slowly become one of the key members of the community, and one of the critical European happiness leaders. He is proud to have discovered that creating happiness is his passion and purpose in life, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to spread that passion through his work with Delivering Happiness.
