As a public speaker, she has given talks on applied neuroscience to leadership for LarrainVial, Entel, Walmart, Territoria, Scotiabank and Santa Rita Estates. Likewise, she has held a conference on Female Empowerment and Leadership for Walmart, Entel, and Itaú.

Karol Coopman is the founder and Managing Partner of Coopman Consulting, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to Human Resources Strategy and Management since 2015, as well as GoForMore, dedicated to provide health coaching services for executives.
