David Gleiser has been a postgraduate professor in Negotiation and Organizational Behavior at various universities in the Andean Region, including the Master's Degree in Political Science at the Universidad de los Andes, the Strategic Marketing program at CESA (Bogotá) and the MBA programs at ESPOL (Guayaquil) and ICESI (Cali), as well as the Industrial Engineering and Administration programs of the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá).
David Gleiser was a member of the advisory committee for the development of simulations of America in ICONS (International Communication and Negotiation Simulations) at the School of Government and Political Science of the University of Maryland in College Park. He has worked with SoL (Society of Organizational Learning) where he was the facilitator of the SoL Fractal in Colombia.
David Gleiser is certified in the TRIZ method by Pretium LLC and as an Innovation Coach in the SIS program for the development of innovation at Bayer Environmental Science. He obtained advanced certification in Coaching with Newfield Network (Chile). He was certified as an Ontological Coach by Newfield Consulting-ITESM (Mexico) and worked as a Coach of Coaches for this organization. He was certified as a Learning Coach by LIM Ltd.
David Gleiser currently directs Gleiser Consulting, his own consulting operation, from where he has facilitated teams of inventors created in collaboration with his associates in Canada (IdeaConnection), to generate innovative solutions in the Open Innovation market with great acceptance. He has also participated in the use and strengthening of the Structured Innovation Method together with Pretium LLC, and carries out executive coaching activities in several countries as an associate coach of Ken Blanchard Coaching Services.
