For over two decades, Dr. Jorge Cherbosque has been a speaker, trainer, and consultant for various Fortune 500 companies as well as a resource over the past 17 years for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), World Presidents Organization (WPO), and Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). Dr. Cherbosque is a partner and Co-creator of the emotional intelligence and diversity institute. He is the author of numerous articles published in a broad range of scholarly journals and the co- author of "Emotional Intelligence for Managing Results in a Diverse World: The Hard Truth about Soft Skills in the Workplace" and a four workbook series on Emotional Intelligence and Diversity.
