Larry Marks is an internationally recognized consultant, speaker and trainer in change management and skills development.
Larry Marks has worked with many of the world’s largest financial services organizations and Fortune 500 companies. He has consulted and presented throughout the United States, Toronto, Sidney, London, Panama City, Caracas, Istanbul.
As a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Larry Marks managed consulting engagements both nationally and internationally. His engagements included change management, internal client relations, leadership, organizational design and development.
Larry Marks maintained several faculty positions as part of his consulting work, including Academic Program Co-Coordinator for the Kenan Flagler Business School's Management Series at the University of North Carolina. This program was originally offered through Duke University where he taught from 1976 to 1990. In addition, he was Academic Co-Coordinator at The University of California's Haas School of Business at Berkeley. He was also a faculty member and program leader for The Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to joining New Vistas Consulting, Larry Marks established Marks & Associates over 25 years ago and most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Republic Bank of Chicago. He was President of Phoenix Hecht, and Phoenix-Hecht/Gallup, a partnership between The Gallup Organization and Phoenix-Hecht created to provide syndicated market research.
Larry Marks received his MBA from the Walter E. Heller Graduate School of Business at Roosevelt University in Chicago. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a founding member of the Association of Financial Professionals.
Larry Marks is one of the nation's foremost trainers and experts in helping organizations navigate organizational change and deal with conflict. He has spoken at over 1,000 seminars, and conferences and has published extensively on these topics.
