Through his career, Eladio González knows the idiosyncrasies of business in different countries and the opinion of global political and business leaders. He is an active promoter of diversity in business, who supports minorities by promoting best practices on issues of inclusion and equity in companies, a topic that he addresses in different media and in his speeches.

Eladio González addresses a wide range of trends in business, from technology to business strategy, and publishes several benchmark rankings for entrepreneurs, academics and analysts, as a qualitative X-ray of the Mexican business environment. In addition to directing one of the main Mexican business heads, he collaborates on television (ADN40) and radio (Radio Fórmula) programs on a regular basis.
