Brian Allan is CEO of Rock Your Business, an international engagement company uniting people through the power of music and positivity.

Scottish singer and songwriter Brian Allan entertained audiences all over the world for 3 decades before creating Rock Your Business in 2007. Combining a natural talent for engaging people and motivating them so much that they felt a big part of his concerts, he took it one step further by creating a dynamic interactive format that made event attendees actually feel like rockstars as he turned, time and time again, unsuspecting audiences into an all-singing, all-dancing choir, within 60-90 mins. Within 18 months, Rock Your Business made hugely successful workshops for 65 multinational companies in 11 countries.  

As a recording artist, Brian Allan got over 30 of his own compositions on the radio. As a producer he successfully managed and created a global star in US superstar Skylar Grey. As a songwriter he has worked with Paul Stanley (KISS), Rob Hoffmann (Christina Aguilera/Michael Jackson), Jim Beanz (Katy Perry/Justin Timberlake) and many more.  

Brian Allan is the proud father of 3 beautiful young children and believes in inspiring others by his own courageous actions and always following his dreams.
